Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine meadow herbs, a hint of gooseberry, pineapple and white stone fruit mingle on the nose. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a fine acid structure and mineral-salty accents. There's some delicately spiced notes on the fruity finish, making for a good companion to food.
