Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.11.2020: Peter Moser

Deep, dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, ripe blackberries, delicate tobacco-like aromas, hints of herbs and candied orange zest. Juicy, with medium complexity, a subtle wood savouriness, a hint of cherries, fine tannins and a mineral touch. Already approachable.
