The red wine »Divinus« Merlot trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weinkonvent Dürrenzimmern has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Württemberg in Germany.
This Merlot shows amazingly dark to black colour in the glass. The smell is dark and mysterious also, which suggests toasted black bread, root wood, forest floor and lots of cassis. Massive impression on the palate with a somewhat diffuse finish. Polished tannins and impressive harmonious acidity accompany the overall good picture.
