Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.11.2005

Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections. Intense precious wood notes on the nose, fine fruit aromas of fresh plums, delicate ethereal nuances, mint, some coconut, subtle vegetal undertones. Red berry on the palate, rather medium-bodied, shows a very good balance, firm, muscular tannins, a finesse-rich food companion with wonderful extract sweetness, with a very good future. Will always be characterized by its prominent tannins and make a good accompaniment to food.
