Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 18.03.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections and a slightly watery rim. Background aromas of tobacco with dark berries, liquorice, nuances of iodine, nut oil and a hint of island whiskey. Complex on the palate, sweet red fruit nuances, vivid tannins, subtle spearmint and lots of nougat on the finish. Late harvest style, a type of Australian Amarone. Full of character.
