Tasting from 19.08.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Subtle fruity aromas on the nose with notes of yellow apple, pear, kiwi and mango as well as citrus fruits. Also herbal and spice notes. Delicate on the palate, with pear aromas, a hint of pear drop and matching acidity. Medium length on the finish.
