Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A scent of grape, peach and pineapple yoghurt. There is also a slight mineral undertone. The palate is quite straightforward, juicy, taut, pithy, terpene-driven and with a compact, still closed finish. A richly textured single-vineyard Riesling with certain ageing potential, but never tending towards broadness.
