Medium carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicately herbal spicy background with red forest berry confit, a hint of cherry, orange zest. Medium body, heart cherry, delicate hints of raspberry, fresh structure, mineral-salty finish, a fine food wine.
