Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Rim brightening with signs of ripeness. Ethereal and herbal aromas of green tea, sage, Amarena cherry, and a restrained use of wood. In the mouth, the wine oscillates between two poles: creamy richness and sweet fruit on the one hand and dense, but also mellow, tannin on the other. A red with substance and an expressiveness that is already a lot of fun but also has excellent prospects for the future.
