Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green, with silver reflections. A delicate tobacco underlay, with yellow tropical fruit, candied orange zest, a hint of blossom honey, and a touch of minerality. On the palate complex, juicy, with pronounced fruit, a silky texture, and a fine acidity structure, and with nuances of honeydew melon on the finish. It is elegant and long, and it has certain ageing potential.
