This has a light yellow green colour, with silver reflections. On the nose there is some delicate tobacco spiciness in the background, along with fresh yellow apple fruit, and a hint of mango and pear aromas. It is juicy, with good complexity and fruit sweetness, underlaid with ripe yellow tropical fruit, a fine acid structure, and nuances of apricot on the finish. It is a versatile food wine.
