Finely cloudy, golden yellow with amber reflections. Initially restrained on the nose, with Boskoop apple, quince, aniseed, clove and turmeric. Fine, appetizing grip on the palate, subtle effervescence and pleasantly fresh acidity ensure drinking flow. The finish has citrusy, fragrant notes reminiscent of neroli and salty lemon. With 11% alcohol, light-footed, accessible and with clear orange wine characteristics.
