Tasting from 01.09.2023: Peter Moser

Straw yellow with silver hues. Refined notes of apricot, yellow peach and some apple, a hint of wild herbs, a subtle minerality. Taut, tightly woven, with white fruit nuances on the palate, a racy acidity, lemony-salty finish, a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste, still needs more time, wonderful ageing potential, a touch of lime in the aftertaste.
