Fine honey touch, delicate nutty, herbal and spicy hints in the background, a touch of dried figs, vanilla and caramel, delicate roasted flavours, yellow fruits in the background. Juicy, good creamy complexity, the sweetness is well countered by a finesse-rich acidity, mineral finish, and good ageing potential.
