Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Ripe yellow tropical fruit nuances, a hint of ringlots, some vanilla, fresh pineapple, inviting bouquet. Juicy, opulent, powerful, very extract-rich texture, delicate caramel on the finish, fine extracted sweetness in the aftertaste, already easy to drink, has certain ageing potential.
