Fine woody savouriness on the nose, dried herbs, ripe gooseberry and apricot, elderflower, a hint of jasmine. Powerful and firmly built with a fine, almost silky texture, a fine vein of acidity that knows how to assert itself, sweetish extract and plenty of savouriness. Sensitive use of wood, long finish.
