A fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of dried plum and sour cherry as well as a good portion of spice - in particular notes of clove, allspice and bay leaf. Medium-bodied on the palate with a ripe acidity, fine tannins and a core of dark berry fruit that gives fine texture and a long finish.
