Falstaff Wine Guide Germany 2024

The centuries-old winery dedicated itself to sparkling wine in the 1970s, making the family business one of Germany's sparkling wine pioneers. Once a pioneer, always a pioneer: the organic winery was recently the first in the Pfalz to join the "Future Wines" movement, which practices climate-friendly viticulture with fungus-resistant grape varieties. The still wines focus on harmony and accessibility. Wilmenshof also cultivates a style of maturity and mildness in its sparkling wines, which are fermented in the bottle.
