Opaque, dark mahogany colour, light brown foam. Pure cooking chocolate on the nose! Pecan and espresso behind it. Bitter, sweet and creamy at the same time! The first sip delivers complexity, to which acidity is added over the course of the drink. Chocolatey, dry finish.
