Clear yellow gold, fine-pored foam cover. Piquant and cool aromas such as brown mustard seeds, a little honey and orange blossom. Lots of drive on the palate, with good seaweed and citrus fruit. Fine bitterness that contributes more structure than astringency. Top balance!
