Ivory foam over a delicately cloudy golden yellow. On the nose with "Ildefonso", clove and banana browned in butter. A creaminess underpinned with vanilla caresses the palate - but despite all its strength, it is highly gluggable and perfectly balanced in its bit. "Wow!"
