Very pale yellow with even cloudiness and lots of creamy, pure white foam. Citrus and herbal aromas. The first sip is tangy, but then leads to a creamy, slightly sweet full-bodied taste. Retronasal almond aromas. Dry aftertaste, although the bitterness remains restrained throughout.
