This year, for the first time, our tasters also put non-alcoholic, sparkling wine alternatives under the microscope for the Falstaff Sparkling Trophy. These sparkling variants have also made a real quantum leap in recent years. Not only in terms of quantity, but also quality.
The unifying element of all the products tasted is the tingling sensation on the tongue, which contributes greatly to enjoyment – whether with or without alcohol.
