With hospitality in their blood, Christine and Michael Reiterer have longed for their own luxury hotel since childhood. In 2004, the dream finally came true.
If you think of wellness vacations in South Tyrol, you can't avoid the Hotel Chalet Mirabell - among other things, the five-star establishment stands for spa moments de luxe. The success story of the Mirabell started in 2004 with the Alpen Residence Mirabell - 16 rooms are to be found in one of the most beautiful places in South Tyrol, high above Merano, in the midst of unspoiled nature.
Already in the first years it was clear to the Reiterers that they wanted to offer guests even more. Little by little, the house was expanded, the spa was built and, at the same time, investments were made in quality. In 2011, the former Residence became today's Hotel Chalet Mirabell. The spa area measures over 6000 square meters and was only expanded in 2021 to include the family area; the BERGVILLEN are also among the latest achievements and offer pure privacy.
Only the best is good enough for the Reiterers, and also in the future Christine, Michael and son Martin want to remain pioneers in the hotel industry. What's always there: the good souls of the house and the motivated staff, who contribute significantly to the success. The unique style provides a pleasant feel-good atmosphere without being ostentatious. One skillfully creates the mixture of naturalness and elegance and thus also captures the Spirit of Merano - the slogan of the house. Despite all the success, the hosts are honest and down-to-earth - guests appreciate this and therefore return again and again to the Chalet Mirabell.
