Copenhagen’s Bar Vitrine is set for a rare culinary encounter as chef Dhriti Arora joins forces with Enrique Olvera, the visionary behind Mexico City’s PUJOL. On December 15 and 16, the two chefs will create an intimate, high-spirited menu for just 38 guests per night—a collaboration that sold out instantly.
The dinners bring Olvera’s deep-rooted Mexican traditions into dialogue with Arora’s vibrant, personal cooking, shaping a playful yet thoughtful exchange of flavor and technique.
