Frozen Lemongrass-Raspberry Margarita

This is how you bring that summer feeling back into your home! A recipe that pairs the Mexican national drink with lemongrass and raspberry.

Ingredients
60 ml Sierra Antiguo Plata Tequila
20 ml Giffard Triple Sec
30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
50 ml raspberry puree
lemongrass
  • Soak a lemongrass stalk in Sierra Antiguo Plata for about an hour.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender, add crushed ice and blend until the mixture has a firm consistency. 
  • Strain into a margarita glass and garnish with the lemongrass.
