- Juice the vegetables to yield 280 g tomato juice, 180 g broccoli juice, and 240 g celery juice. Blend the juices in a jar and refrigerate for up to two days if needed.
- Prepare the garnishes. Fill long drink glasses with ice and, if desired, add about 40 ml of vodka per glass.
- Top up with the vegetable juice blend and season with the ponzu mixture. Garnish with a celery stalk and serve immediately.
