500 g Cherry tomatoes
500 g Broccoli
300 g Celery (stalks)

100 g Kikkoman Ponzu soy sauce with lemon
4 g Wasabi

30 g Ice cream per person
1 stick Celery (cut lengthwise into thin slices)
Vodka (optional, to taste)
  • Mix the wasabi into the soy sauce with lemon using a spoon, stirring until fully dissolved. Then add the remaining soy sauce and lemon juice and mix well.

  • Juice the vegetables to yield 280 g tomato juice, 180 g broccoli juice, and 240 g celery juice. Blend the juices in a jar and refrigerate for up to two days if needed.
  • Prepare the garnishes. Fill long drink glasses with ice and, if desired, add about 40 ml of vodka per glass.
  • Top up with the vegetable juice blend and season with the ponzu mixture. Garnish with a celery stalk and serve immediately.
