Snowball
Wonderfully retro and very festive, a Snowball is really easy to make and bound to raise a smile. It’s sweet and creamy so can be served in place of dessert.

| 25 | ml | brandy |
| 50 | ml | Advocaat |
| 1 | lime, juiced | |
| 100 | ml | lemonade |
- Mix the brandy, Advocaat and lime juice in a tall glass.
- Add three or four ice cubes then top up with the lemonade.
- Garnish with a glacé or maraschino cherry on a cocktail stick for extra kitsch.
