This aperitif by "Geri" Tsai Tür 7, Vienna in Austria is made with whisky and chocolate spirit.

Ingredients
5 cl Speyside single malt whisky
2 cl extra dry Fino sherry
1 cl Mozart chocolate spirit
grapefruit zest (garnish)

Preparation:
Stir all ingredients on ice in a mixing glass and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle the cocktail with grapefruit zest, and add another fresh piece of grapefruit zest to the glass as decoration.
