Spey Classic
This aperitif by "Geri" Tsai Tür 7, Vienna in Austria is made with whisky and chocolate spirit.

| 5 | cl | Speyside single malt whisky |
| 2 | cl | extra dry Fino sherry |
| 1 | cl | Mozart chocolate spirit |
| grapefruit zest (garnish) | ||
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients on ice in a mixing glass and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle the cocktail with grapefruit zest, and add another fresh piece of grapefruit zest to the glass as decoration.
