Tea-Quila
Thomas Strappler from Everybody's Darling, in Vienna mixes tequila with tea and ginger liqueur to create this hot speciality.

| 30 | ml | Patrón Silver |
| 20 | ml | ginger liqueur |
| 20 | ml | honey syrup (1:1) |
| 20 | ml | lime juice |
| 40 | ml | tangerine juice |
| classic rooibos tea | ||
Preparation:
- Steep the tea bag Rooibos Classic in Patron Tequila for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare honey syrup by boiling 1 part water and 1 part honey until a syrup forms. Leave to cool.
- Mix all ingredients and heat in a saucepan to max. 60 degrees and enjoy. If necessary, add 10-20 ml of hot water to reduce the strength of the drink.
Tip:
Ideally, multiply the ingredient quantities by the number of people you want to prepare the drink for.
