Since 1940, Emilio in Zurich's Kreis 4 district has stood for Spanish classics, paella and cocido. The star of the show, however, is the Güggeli, which is doused in melted butter and served in several different ways. It is preceded by starters such as bouillon, Jamón 5 Jotas or scampi.

Emilio is a Zurich institution. The restaurant, known for its dung scratchings, paella, cocido and jamon, was founded back in 1940. Since then, not much has changed in the dining room or on the menu. Classic gastronomy is celebrated here.
