RARE THE ORIGINAL 40% vol. | 70 cl Herkunftsbezeichnung Cognac Fine Champagne Contrôlée. Verschnitt von etwa zwanzig Branntweinen aus Trauben der Grande und Petite Champagne. Das gesamte Know-how des Hauses Hine ist in dieser Mischung, in diesem Blend konzentriert. Wie kein anderer verkörpert er den typischen Hine Stil: intensiv, fruchtig und elegant. Er interpretiert die fruchtigen Aromen, die für die Weißweine aus der Charente charakteristisch sind, insbesondere für die Rebsorten aus der Grande und Petite Champagne. Der HINE RARE ORIGINAL zeigt sich fruchtbetont mit leichtem Holzeinfluss, einem breiten aromatischen Profil und samtigen Mundgefühl. Die Destillation erfolgt mit Hilfe von Hefe, danach ruht er in feinfaserigen Eichenfässern. Aromen von gerösteten Nektarinen, reifen Aprikosen und saftiger Melone inspirieren den ersten Schluck, der weich wie Brioche ist. Mit seinem Reifegrad und seiner aromatischen Fülle übertrifft er die VSOP-Kategorie und ist auf dem Weg zur XO Kategorie. Den Namen RARE erhielt

A dense aroma contains both fruity and savoury barrel notes, pickled orange peel and raisins are evident. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, the mature wood notes provide a good basis for the fruity overtones. Lingers for a long time.
