Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2026

Now in its seventh generation, the Speri family, steeped in tradition, is one of the most important Amarone producers. The winery cultivates exclusively indigenous grape varieties on 65 hectares in classic Valpolicella and vinifies only grapes from its own vineyards, carefully monitoring the entire production process from the vine to the bottle. Speri is one of the region's references for the tradition and style of both Amarone and Valpolicella. Only DOC and DOCG wines from the area are produced. The entire production is certified organic.
