Pale straw yellow with golden reflections and a subtle mousse. On the nose, notes of ripe Pome fruit, hints of nutmeg and bread crust. Hearty on the palate, with pronounced, ripe fruit and well-integrated mousse, finishing with buttery notes. Very mature, a speciality.
