Bright sparkling straw yellow with green glints. Pronounced aroma of fresh meadow herbs, some grapefruit and salted caramel, slightly yeasty, also quite smoky. Builds up in layers, very precise, lively acidity, crisp, polished, rich concentration on the finish, a fun wine.
