Bright straw yellow with a drop of light gold and persistent mousse. Elegant notes of baked apple, mango and sea salt on the nose, followed by roasted hazelnuts and citrus zest. Clear and balanced on the palate, with a perky mousse and a fine fruity texture, with a clear and slightly salty finish.
