Brilliant pale straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Opening finely scented on the nose, with yellow peach, dried banana, light vanilla, then some smoke with dark mineral undertones. Appearing on the palate with a fine-grained mousse, juicy, well-integrated acidity, bone dry, and with a slightly salty finish.
