The white wine Solt Weißburgunder Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery St. Quirinus has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intensely bright straw yellow with silver. Nuances of red apple and thyme on the nose, also some flint and freshly cut limes. On the palate it shows with great playfulness, juicy, clear, shows good tension and dancing acidity, goes lively into the medium-long, cheerful finish.
