Somewhat intense, varietal aromas, with notes of yellow fruit and white flowers, macadamia nut, comparatively little yeast. The palate is much leaner than the opulent aromas suggest, the fine mousse nestles gently on the palate, with good acidity, a tactile minerality and a pinch of phenolics on the finish.
