It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Yeasty tones, notes of spontaneous fermentation and a hint of tertiary savouriness on the nose. The palate is taut and dry with well-integrated, lively acidity, a brisk mousse and a dry finish that emphasises the Pinot characteristics.
