The semi-sparkling carbonated wine St. Jodern Kellerei »Mantis«, vintage 2021 from the winery St. Jodern Kellerei has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Muscat, Riesling from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Light coloured, and rather restrained on the nose with elderflower, lemon, some pear and lychee on show. It's similarly rather light on the palate with an effervescent, medium-fine mousse and again sweet blossom and fruit nuances. Finishes medium long.
