Bright, flint straw yellow. Fragrant and pronounced on the nose, with hints of juicy pear, ice candy and elderflower, plus hints of jasmine and a subtle mineral note on the finish. Soft and with a fine mousse on the palate, elegant balance of fresh acidity and sweet fruit.
