Delicate copper gold, silver reflections, lively mousse. Delicate notes of cookie and fresh plum, a hint of yellow plum fruit, subtle blossom honey, hints of cherry. Taut, white apple fruit, lemony texture, slender body, salty finish, medium length. (Deg. 5/22).
More about the tastingDelicate salmon-pink in colour with some copper-coloured reflections and a fine mousse. Nuances of fresh red cherries, greengage, some cookie and herbal savouriness on the nose. The palate is juicy and fruity, with white peach supported by a fine acidity through to the mineral-lemon finish. A versatile food companion.
