Light golden yellow with silver reflections and a delicate, lively mousse. On the nose there are grapey aromas, a hint of elderflower and a little nutmeg. There is juicy passion fruit on the elegant and lively palate. A lively style with mineral-citrus notes and a touch of fresh ginger on the finish. (Disgorged 06/21)
