Concentrated, warm-savoury aroma with notes of chamomile, sage, yellow apple, banana and fig stone. Plenty of savoury grip on the palate, only subtle acidity, plus a delicate phenolic structure, a lovely accompaniment to savoury, white-fleshed dishes.
