The red wine Barbaresco DOCG Serraboella, vintage 2020 from the winery Barale Fratelli has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intense ruby red with glints of purple. Intriguing nose, raspberries and cherries, lots of fresh herbs, mint and sage, some subtle iron notes. Compact and complex on the palate, smooth, both juicy and savoury, with an animated acidity, tight tannins, and a persistent finish.
