Fine smoke, beeswax, meadow herbs, herb garden, ripe yellow fruits, apple, pear, yellow plum, also mango and pineapple. Generous Silvaner that combines fullness, substance and yellow-fruity, charming residual sweetness, with a signature of fine savoury minerality. Ripe acidity, dense extract. Not yet realised its ageing potential. .
