The white wine »Reserve Muschelkalk« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Becksteiner Winzer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Silvaner from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, an aromatic combination of Riesling and Silvaner with notes of apple, citrus fruit, stone fruit, herbal notes and a touch of smoke. A sophisticated "Reserve" style with a very polished use of wood, lean, juicy, fine fruit, elegance and minerality, balanced with finely chiselled acidity and complexity.
