The franciacorta Vittorio Moretti Riserva Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2011 from the winery Bellavista has been rated in 2019 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright, luminous green yellow with an intense, persistent mousse. Very pithy and delicate nose, grapey and fragrant, with lots of strawberry up front paired with some powdered sugar and distinct flint notes on the finish. Balanced and taut on the palate, builds for a long time, concentrated fruit in the mid-palate, sharp and fresh on the finish with firm drive on the palate.
